Magnesium Lotion Goodnight is a rapidly absorbed ultra-pure magnesium source and in this product, Melatonin is added that regulates the sleep-wake cycle. Ancient Minerals available from Nourishing Ecology Australia is a quickly absorbed emulsion of magnesium chloride and other trace minerals in certified organic oils free of fragrances and formaldehyde-releasing preservatives. The pump-action container contains 75ml Contains 25mg elemental magnesium with 3mg melatonin and 25mg elemental organic sulphur per 1ml. Note that one full pump equals 1 ml.
